Recently many substitution box based encryption algorithms ensuring privacy have been proposed. Many, chaotic map based S-boxes have been generated posing high nonlinearity and strong cryptographic properties. Encryption schemes depending on the substitution box (S-box) only are weak and easily breakable with the help of chosen plaintext and ciphertext attacks. In this work, we have completely cryptanalyzed S-box based encryption scheme successfully by two types of attacks. Cryptanalysis in both types of attacks is performed by only one selected image. 随着海洋资源勘探和海洋污染物监控工作的开展,水文数据的监测和采集等已经成为重要的研究方向。其中,水下无线传感器网络在水文数据采集过程中起着举足轻重的作用。本文研究的是水下无线传感器二维监测网络模型中,传感器节点数据采集的问题,其设计方法是通过自组织映射(Self-organizing mapping,SOM)对传感器节点进行路径最优化处理,结合优化的路径图形和K-means算法找到路径内部聚合点,利用聚合点和传感器的节点得到传感器通信半径内的数据采集点,最后通过SOM得到水下机器人(Autonomous underwater vehicle,AUV)到各个数据采集点采集数据的最优路径。经过实验验证,在水下1 200 m × 1 750 ![]()

m范围内布置52个传感器节点的情景下,数据采集点相比于传感器节点路径规划采用相同的采集顺序得到的路径优化了6.7%;对数据采集点重新进行自组织路径规划得到的路径比传感器结点路径的最优解提高了12.2%。增加传感器节点的数量,其结果也大致相同,因此采用该方法可以提高水下机器人采集数据的效率。 相似文献

Under the circumstance of perceptual consumption, it is still challenging to grasp consumer's emotions and demands due to the large search space, diversified preferences, and easy fatigue of consumers. To reduce user fatigue and enlarge search space, a novel method was presented to design and optimize the pattern of yarn-dyed plaid fabric using the isolation niche genetic algorithm and rough set theory. Each pattern was encoded as a chromosome based on the real number code. The population was initialized and evolved using INGA to maintain the diversity. The rough set theory was adopted as the fitness function of isolation niche genetic algorithm to extract the consumer's demands. After multiple evolutions, a large set of practical patterns of the yarn-dyed plaid fabric are obtained. Experiments were carried out by 24 testers of different ages and genders. The results prove that the proposed method based on the isolation niche genetic algorithm and rough set theory is feasible and effective, supplying references to the designer. 相似文献

归一化水体指数(NDWI)是水体遥感反演的一种重要指标,其阈值及修正直接影响反演结果的精度。基于Landsat-8与GF-1光学多光谱影像,使用归一化水体指数法阈值0(TH0)、最大类间方差法(OTSU)自适应阈值(THotsu)与均值漂移聚类算法(Mean-Shift)自适应阈值(THMS)分别对典型正常水体、云雾覆盖水体、富营养化水体、高含泥沙水体进行水体遥感提取与效果分析,结果表明:正常水体以TH0为阈值提取精度最高,THMS提取精度次之,THotsu提取精度最差;而云雾覆盖水体、富营养化水体以及含泥沙水体使用THMS提取精度最高,尤其少量云雾覆盖下的水体,THMS具有更明显的优势,TH0提取精度次之,THotsu提取精度最差;对于不同的阈值,Land?sat-8比GF-1总体表现出更高的水体提取精度。Mean-Shift算法应用于NDWI阈值修正与水体遥感反演具有快速、水质适应性强、效果稳定的优势,对尤其是复杂条件下的水体信息遥感反演具有较好的提取效果。 相似文献

Probing the composition of the microbiome and its association with health and disease states is more accessible than ever due to the rise of affordable sequencing technology. Despite advances in our ability to identify members of symbiont communities, untangling the chemical signaling that they use to communicate with host organisms remains challenging. In order to gain a greater mechanistic understanding of how the microbiome impacts health, and how chemical ecology can be leveraged to advance small-molecule drug discovery from microorganisms, the principals governing communication between host and symbiont must be elucidated. Herein, we review common modes of interkingdom small-molecule communication in terrestrial and marine environments, describe the differences between these environments, and detail the advantages and disadvantages for studies focused on the marine environment. Finally, we propose the use of plant-endophyte interactions as a stepping stone to a greater understanding of similar interactions in marine invertebrates, and ultimately in humans. 相似文献

In eukaryotes, microRNAs (miRNAs) have roles in development, homeostasis, disease and the immune response. Recent work has shown that plant and mammalian miRNAs also mediate cross-kingdom and cross-domain communications. However, these studies remain controversial and are lacking critical mechanistic explanations. Bacteria do not produce miRNAs themselves, and therefore it is unclear how these eukaryotic RNA molecules could function in the bacterial recipient. In this review, we compare and contrast the biogenesis and functions of regulatory RNAs in eukaryotes and bacteria. As a result, we discovered several conserved features and homologous components in these distinct pathways. These findings enabled us to propose novel mechanisms to explain how eukaryotic miRNAs could function in bacteria. Further understanding in this area is necessary to validate the findings of existing studies and could facilitate the use of miRNAs as novel tools for the directed remodelling of the human microbiota. 相似文献

The European Federation for Medicinal Chemistry (EFMC) created the Young Scientists Network (YSN) to support early-career medicinal chemists and chemical biologists. By doing this, it addressed the rapid changes taking place in the scientific community and in our society, such as the rise of social media, the evolution of the gender balance in the scientific population, and educational needs. Creating the YSN was also a way to ensure that the next generation of scientists would contribute to shaping EFMC's strategy, while recognizing and addressing their needs. The YSN was set up as a very dynamic concept, and has now developed to the point where its impact is evident. The activities it promotes complement EFMC's community support and scientific opportunities, rejuvenating the Federation and preparing it for the future. 现阶段所采用的跟踪方法对后继帧视频图像目标跟踪存在跟踪效果不理想、跟踪效率较低等问题。提出基于视觉传达的后继帧视频图像目标跟踪方法。利用图像差分方法获取视频图像运动目标可能出现的区域,并对这个区域视频图像目标进行运动估计,采用形态学方法来降低聚类区域的数量,得到后继帧视频图像目标区域;采用均值漂移法估计后继帧视图像核概率密度,对后继帧视频图像进行分割处理,找出后继帧视频图像目标区域最显著的特征,通过迭代运算找到目标位置,实现目标跟踪。实验结果表明,所提算法具有较好的后继帧视频图像跟踪效果、并且跟踪效率较高,具有一定的应用价值。 相似文献
